Resistance signalkeeper
Ilma Sei
Ilma keeps the resistance's messages and records in order. A working relay can carry a request for help as readily as an order; she asks what the camp has promised when its line becomes audible again.

The Calmina Marshes lie in southwestern Elserio, among city-states, displaced settlements, and spirit paths that no central authority fully controls. After Selvan Ro seizes power, a resistance begins with people driven from their homes.
You are its advance-party commander. Build a bridgehead, protect civilians and infrastructure, and hold the settlement until the main force can arrive. A functioning relay office is the difference between an isolated outpost and a road that can carry help.
Military orders share the network with water schedules, medicine requests, and civilian pleas. Councils and resource allocations shape how others understand your command. The Calmina Chronicle follows the struggle against a regime into the harder question of what should replace it.
Arcane Relay brings the series' concern with communication into settlement defense and political responsibility. A strong signal can serve a community or silence it; taking control of the network does not settle who deserves authority.

Voices of Calmina
Your command reaches people through briefings, councils, and local reports. Holding a bridgehead depends on more than a military order: supplies must arrive, displaced families must be heard, and a line must remain open.

Exiled field commander
Decisive and direct, Lena sees the time a field operation can afford to lose. She brings the costs of holding a position into the council, where readiness and restraint still have to be weighed.

Quartermaster of the march
Dag counts carts, stores, and money earned in the towns. Before a promise becomes a shipment, he wants to know where the supplies will go and who is expected to bear their cost.

Refugee assembly delegate
Mina speaks for families rebuilding their lives after displacement. Their needs belong in the council alongside military plans: shelter, safety, and a say in what the settlement asks of them.

Mossbell spirit reader
Orun brings the Mossbell spirit readers' voice to your command. Before a military plan reaches their paths, there are local people to hear and questions that a stronger signal alone cannot answer.

Keeper of neutral spirit paths
Shela guards the autonomy of paths that do not belong to any army. Cooperation requires listening to their terms, rather than treating every open route as a resource the resistance can claim.
