Vanishing Lore

Vanishing Lore includes a support form under Settings > Information & Support. The form sends your report directly to Studio Mamalys.

The form automatically attaches:

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information. Reports are reviewed, but an individual reply is not guaranteed.

If you cannot open the app, use the purchase or refund support provided by the store where you obtained it. Vanishing Lore support is provided through the in-app form.

Other Games

For Oath and Record, La República Bendita, and Ella Vance: The Approved Lie, use the support option in the app when available. You can also contact support.mamalys@gmail.com. Please include the app title, device model, OS version, app version, and a brief description of the issue.

Purchases and Progress

A full-game purchase provides access to paid content, but later chapters may still require earlier story progress. A locked later chapter does not necessarily mean that your purchase has failed.

If purchased access is missing, connect to the internet and use the app's purchase-restoration option with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring a purchase restores access, not a saved game; use the app's save-transfer or backup options where available.

Please avoid uninstalling or resetting the app as a first troubleshooting step, as locally stored progress may be lost. Include your app version and the affected chapter or screen when reporting an issue.

For payment, download, or refund issues, contact the store where you purchased the book.
