About the game

Run a small estate office in Verpoli, a fictional early-modern free port. Acquire old buildings, survey their condition, choose repairs, and negotiate a sale while keeping up with city levies and agreed payments.

Read transfer deeds, compare records with field notes, and speak with people whose lives remain tied to a house. A completed transaction may return as a letter, a newly found document, or a reopened case.

A house is never only a property

Homeowner

Maro Sen

Maro wants to keep living in his home while making room in his budget for everyday life. A useful agreement must account for both the property's value and the life he wishes to continue there.

Maro's niece

Neri Sen

Neri balances work at the shop with visits to her uncle. Living closer might make support easier, but Maro has wishes of his own. She brings the family's available time into the discussion.
